I love this product. My local store is out of my favorite flavor. Amazon has it but I cannot use my EBT/SNAP benefits to pay for it. Please add EBT eligibility to Amazon. Thanks!

Ordered almost a month ago. Never received. Was told package was lost by carrier. New shipment still has not arrived. Super disappointed.

I love this tepache. it's so refreshing and has such an interesting and sweet but not too sweet flavor.

Despite all my previous orders arriving in dry ice or cold packs, this order arrived hot to the touch with no insulation or cold packs. I found this strange since it was my understanding De La Calle Tepache needed to be refrigerated due to the probiotics and to protect their integrity and the overall quality of the product. The official website also indicates that the product needs to be refrigerated. I contacted Customer Support and they basically told me it was a cost cutting measure and they still " recommend that you store your Tepache refrigerated". It makes me question the quality of the product I received, especially at this price point. Very disappointing. I question whether I will order again

I first tried this flavor in Target and can't get over how unique and refreshing it is. Definitely my new favorite!
