Sweet but not too sweet
Such a great flavor. A really nice balance of sweetness and tartness. I don't love things too sweet, but this has a great funkiness (from the tepache?) to balance it all out

I found it to be interesting and more in need of an acquired taste type beverage. I like the ambition to feature it amongst the other true flavors of Mexico that De La Calle produces, but this one is my least favorite so far. Could be others top flavor....Thats just the nature of the human palette. Looking forward to the Watermelon and Mint new one!
