VP of Sales - De La Calle Cocteles Job Description
This position reports directly to the De La Calle President

Our current brands include De La Calle & VINA. https://www.drinkvina.com/ https://www.delacalle.mx/ This position will be solely responsible for driving growth within our new RTD canned cocktail line launching Q1 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day of all distribution relationships
- Full responsibility for all retailer promotional planning
- Manage pricing strategies across all channels
- Own all Sales & Marketing budgeting and spend under the Cocteles P&L
- Work collaboratively with Marketing teams to build out trade marketing budgets that will not only drive incremental revenue but also create brand equity within key regions.
- Work cross functionally with current De La Calle VP of Sales (non alc) to gain approvals within current retailers where the non-alc line already has distribution.
- Lead and motivate regional sales managers and area sales teams to gain displays, full shelf brand blocking, secondary and tertiary placements within retail outlets that will drive incremental sales & brand awareness.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure approvals and repeat customers are being accurately forecasted on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Build and continually collaborate with direct reports on annual case and revenue plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Work cross functionally with National Sales Manager & Field Marketing Manager to ensure all points of distribution have merchandising and field marketing plans in place and are being executed with the highest standards.
- Work collaboratively with teams to ensure all sales materials are up to date at all times including materials and decks for buyers, distributors, and reps.
- Maintain national review/sales cycle calendar
- Work with Finance to ensure the organization has clear visibility at all times on profitability of all customers and major retailer partners.
