Area Sales Manager - Nor Cal

As the Bay Area Sales Manager joining the team at Here Originals, covering both VINA and De La Calle brands, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the company’s footprint, meeting revenue targets, and being a brand ambassador for the assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

De La Calle

  • Meet & exceed monthly case (sales) goals 
  • Expand & grow sales and expand existing footprint at key accounts (increased facings and placements, minimizing VOIDS, inputting POS materials.)
  • Build solid relationships with all distributor partners and implement strategic incentive programs to boost performance (attend meetings, ride alongs with reps and understand what motivates them.)
  • Identify prospects and build pipeline within CRM system and plan routes accordingly using Repsly.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful       closure.
  • Assist in sales forecasting and account planning.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare regularly scheduled reports and participate in team meetings to review performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities and formulate strategies to respond in the field.
  • Work cross-functionally within organization (Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Ops.) 
  • Work alongside Field Marketing & Merchandising Manager to ensure the account is set up for success with training, sampling and A+ merchandising.

VINA

  • Meet & exceed monthly case (sales) goals.

  • Oversee LAD incubator program through Q1 for grocery/convenience/liquor channel.
  • Build solid relationships with all distributor partners and implement strategic incentive programs to boost performance (attend meetings, ride alongs with reps and understand what motivates them.)
  • Identify prospects and build pipeline within CRM system and plan routes accordingly using Repsly.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful       closure.
